The Wi-Fi disconnect issue has gone away as far as I know; latest change - 10/05/2022 security update.

The continued Wi-Fi disconnect / reconnect issue is solved for me on my Pixel 6 (for now anyway). I deleted and then re-added my AP entry in a peculiar manner as hinted at by others. My fix also contradicts what others have done or seen. Rather strange. And I have all Android and Play Store updates applied as of when this 'fix' worked several days ago. The one thing I finally did (which makes no sense, but it solved the issue):

Turn off W-Fi. Delete my saved AP entry. Turn on Wi-Fi. Add back in my one saved AP entry, entering the AP name (SSID) and passwd last. Wait for my AP entry to re-appear in the scan list. Select my AP from the list and it connects. Now I only see one disconnect / reconnect every 12 hours. Reason unknown. Note this issue did not effect the normal operation of my phone that I ever saw, it just annoyed me with all the extra log entries in the AP.

It was a bit of a challenge to first add my IP settings, etc. in the AP configuration, as the keyboard dialog kept covering up the settings being entered.

AP settings: fixed IP, manually configured DNS entries, Use device MAC (my AP uses MAC level security), AP name not hidden, Network usage Unmetered, Auto-connect. On the AP: Wi-Fi 5 Ghz only, WPA3-Personal only.

My other settings:

Only Cell, Wi-Fi, and Location on. Bluetooth and NFC off.

Data Saver - Off

Private DNS - Off

Adaptive Connectivity - Off

Wi-Fi Calling - Turn back On

Use Battery Saver - Off
